GettinG Personal
We’ll sit down with you, your fiance, and family, and find out what you’re envisioning for your perfect day...We take a big-picture view of your love story, your ideas, and what’s on your wish list. From there, out team creates a custom proposal for you to review.

Make it Official
If it looks like we’re a good match, we’ll all sign on the dotted line and button things up with a contract and deposit. Then the creative process starts! A detailed estimate is provided for approval, and our preferred vendor list is shared.

Creative design
We manage all the many working parts. From handling proposals and contracts with your chosen vendor team, tracking payments and budgets, and most importantly: creating a full design plan and weekend timeline so everything runs like clockwork.

keeping it all in line!
We’ll be here every step of the process! We’ll make sure all your vendors are prepped and ready, and make final tweaks and adjustments as needed. The week of your wedding, we’ll meet in-person once more to fine-tune family schedules, transportation details, and finalize payments.

the big day!
You made it! Now it’s time for you to relax and enjoy the day, knowing the ERE team is on top of every detail. We oversee all vendor set-up and deliveries, coordinate guest and family transportation needs, oversee the photography schedule, and the minute-by-minute master plan. When the cake is cut, and the candles are blown out, we manage the breakdown process and tie up all loose ends.
